I was born in Longview, TX before moving a few miles down the road to White Oak at an early age.
I have always loved listening to the Radio, for as long as I can remember, and have grown up listening to the legendary artists we play on the ranch.
I started my radio career at our sister station, KYKX 105.7 four years ago. I went initially to record a Public Service Announcement, and ended up with a job offer.
Through working at KYKX, I was able to get my feet wet in radio. Working here at the Ranch is my first full-time position, and I feel blessed to now be a part of the Ranch family.
What is your favorite TV Show?
Now that I have Sudden Link Digital Cable I have soooo many favorite shows that I watch at my own convenience thanks to my DVR. Some of them include: Grey's Anatomy, Entourage, Boston Legal, Dancing with the Stars and Private Practice.
What is your favorite Movie?
This is a tough one as I’m always seeing new movies, and finding some top notch classics that I’ve missed over the years, but one that has everything: great acting, humor, story, music and it makes me laugh and cry – Forrest Gump.
Where is your hometown?
White Oak, Texas
What are your hobbies?
Oh I have so many, I read, write, paint, travel, listen to music and spend time with family and friends.
What is in your CD player right now?
Nothing … My ipod was connected to my stereo this morning, but I generally listen to a mix of everything from Classic Country and Rock to R&B and Alternative Rock as well.
Who is the most Important Person In My Life?
My mom… she’s had a strong influence on my life since day one, and she has never steered me in the wrong direction.
